Product Areas
Dashboard
The dashboard is the signed-in home screen. Use it as the starting point after login to navigate into forms, submissions, analytics, and settings.
Forms
Forms are the main objects you create. A form belongs to the currently selected workspace. Forms can be drafts, published, or archived.
Public Form Runtime
Published forms can be opened by respondents at /f/<accessKey>. The public form runtime displays the form, validates submitted data, tracks start/submit events, and shows a thank-you screen after a successful submission.
Submissions
Submissions are completed or partial responses collected from public or API-driven form submissions. The submissions area includes filters, search, a spreadsheet-style grid, detail viewing, bulk delete, and CSV export for a selected form.
Analytics
Analytics shows views, starts, submissions, completion rate, average completion time, trend data, funnel data, and top forms for the selected workspace.
Teams and Workspaces
Teams are the billing and top-level permission boundary. Workspaces sit inside teams and organize forms, respondents, and workspace-level permissions.
Respondents
Respondents are people who can be managed for a workspace and assigned to protected form flows. Respondents can use password-based or magic-link-style access depending on the form configuration.
Branding and Themes
Branding controls logo, favicon, colors, and typography for respondent-facing forms. Themes control the visual style used by form rendering.
Platform Admin
The platform admin application gives operators installation-wide visibility into users, teams, usage, sessions, and event mix.
Navigation
The sidebar is split into:
- Main: Dashboard, Forms, Submissions, Analytics
- Settings: Team Settings, Team Members, Workspace Settings, Workspace Members, Respondents, Account
If the interactive preview feature flag is enabled, the sidebar can also show an experimental Interactive Preview entry for the active form.
