Platform Admin
The platform admin application is for operators who manage the KinoForms installation. It is separate from the normal team workspace UI and requires admin access.
What the admin dashboard shows
The admin dashboard provides platform-wide telemetry:
- Total users.
- Total teams and workspaces.
- Total forms and published forms.
- Total submissions.
- Completion rate based on recent start and submit events.
- Active sessions.
- Recent event mix across all forms.
Search users and teams
- Open the platform admin application.
- Use the search field in the top bar.
- Enter a user email, user name, team name, or team slug.
The users and teams tables update from the search.
Review users
The users table shows:
- User name and email.
- Number of teams.
- Number of active sessions.
- Email verification state.
- Account creation date.
Select a user row to open the user drawer.
Review a user drawer
The user drawer shows:
- User name and email.
- Email verification state.
- Team memberships and roles.
- Active sessions, IP addresses, creation dates, and expiration dates.
Use Close to dismiss the drawer.
Review teams
The teams table shows:
- Team name and slug.
- Subscription tier.
- Member count.
- Form usage against the team limit.
- Submission usage against the monthly limit.
Use this page for support and operational visibility. Team and workspace content should still be managed from the normal workspace UI unless a platform-level action is required.
