Getting Started

This section explains how to create an account, verify email, sign in, and reach the main product areas.

Create an Account

  1. Open the app.
  2. Choose Register.
  3. Enter your name, email, and password.
  4. Submit the registration form.
  5. Check your email for the verification message.
  6. Open the verification link.

After registration, the app sends you to a pending verification page until your email is verified.

Verify Email

Email verification is required before normal signed-in use. If you sign up and do not verify, you may have a session but should not proceed into the app as a verified user.

If the verification email does not arrive:

  1. Confirm the email address was typed correctly.
  2. Check spam or promotions folders.
  3. Try signing up or signing in again.
  4. Contact an administrator if mail delivery is not configured.

Sign In

  1. Open Login.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Submit the form.

If you originally tried to open a protected page, the app redirects you back after sign-in.

First Team and Workspace

After a normal verified signup, KinoForms creates an initial team and a default workspace for you.

Use the selector in the sidebar to:

  • Switch teams
  • Switch workspaces
  • Create a new team
  • Create a new workspace inside the current team

Use the sidebar to move between:

  • Dashboard for the home view
  • Forms to create and manage forms
  • Submissions to inspect collected responses
  • Analytics to review form performance
  • Settings for team, workspace, respondents, branding, and account settings
